These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Provisor Hub website and your purchase of products from Provisor Hub. By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

  1. STORE INFORMATION

Provisor Hub sells laboratory, cleanroom-monitoring, testing, and industrial equipment to commercial and individual customers.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website or purchase products.

If you purchase on behalf of a company, laboratory, institution, government agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, tax, and contact information.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We attempt to provide accurate product names, manufacturer part numbers, specifications, photographs, compatibility information, availability, and pricing.

Some product information is obtained from manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or other third-party sources. Specifications, appearance, packaging, included accessories, country of origin, and manufacturer documentation may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their application, facility, regulatory requirements, operating environment, and existing equipment before purchasing.

Contact us before ordering if a particular specification, certification, calibration, accessory, software version, or compatibility requirement is essential.

  1. INDEPENDENT RETAILER DISCLOSURE

Unless expressly stated on a product page, Provisor Hub operates as an independent retailer and is not the manufacturer, agent, affiliate, or authorized representative of the brands displayed on this website.

Brand names, trademarks, model numbers, and product photographs are used to identify genuine products offered for sale. Manufacturer warranty coverage is included only when expressly stated in the applicable product listing.

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products may be sourced from third-party distributors or suppliers after an order is submitted. Displaying a product or allowing it to be added to a cart does not guarantee immediate availability.

All orders are subject to:

• Product availability
• Supplier confirmation
• Payment verification
• Shipping eligibility
• Fraud and compliance review
• Acceptance by Provisor Hub

We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, cannot be obtained in the stated condition, contains a material listing error, cannot legally be shipped to the destination, or fails our verification requirements.

If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected for the canceled product will be refunded to the original payment method.

  1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation only confirms that we received your order. It does not constitute final acceptance or guarantee fulfillment.

An order is accepted when we confirm processing or shipment. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order before shipment.

We may request additional information for high-value transactions, including confirmation of identity, billing authorization, business information, shipping destination, or intended use. Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in cancellation.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, insurance, import charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout when available or communicated before fulfillment.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, technical, or product-information errors. If an error materially affects an order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund rather than fulfill it at the incorrect price.

Payment must clear before an order is shipped. Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, resale fraud, export violations, or other unlawful activity may be delayed or canceled.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by supplier processing, payment review, carrier delays, weather, customs, address problems, product availability, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide a complete and deliverable address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed appointment, redirection, storage, or failed delivery may be charged to the customer.

High-value shipments may require insurance, tracking, and an adult signature.

Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

  1. INSPECTION AFTER DELIVERY

Customers must inspect products promptly after delivery.

Visible shipping damage, missing components, incorrect products, or other delivery problems must be reported according to our Return and Refund Policy. Customers should retain the shipping container, packing materials, serial-number labels, and delivery documentation while a claim is reviewed.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, damaged-product claims, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

No product may be returned without prior authorization and return instructions from Provisor Hub.

  1. INSTALLATION AND USE

Customers are responsible for proper installation, configuration, calibration, operation, maintenance, storage, and use of purchased equipment.

Products must be used according to applicable manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Provisor Hub is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, incompatible equipment, incorrect calibration, neglected maintenance, improper storage, or use outside the product’s intended application.

  1. CALIBRATION AND CERTIFICATION

Unless expressly included in the product listing, products are not guaranteed to include current calibration, traceable calibration certificates, validation documents, regulatory certifications, or application-specific compliance documentation.

Customers requiring NIST-traceable calibration, ISO documentation, validation records, or another specific certification must confirm its inclusion before ordering.

  1. WARRANTIES

Any warranty expressly included with a product is subject to its stated terms, limitations, eligibility requirements, and claim procedures.

Except for warranties expressly stated in writing, products and website services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Provisor Hub does not create or extend a manufacturer warranty merely by listing or reselling a product. Some manufacturers may restrict warranty coverage based on seller authorization, location, product condition, registration, or other requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provisor Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost production, lost data, business interruption, contamination, failed testing, regulatory penalties, or replacement-labor costs arising from the website or a purchased product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provisor Hub’s total liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Provisor Hub for the affected product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent legally permitted.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, and other third parties.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or separate terms.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Provisor Hub name, website design, original written content, graphics, and other original store materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party trademarks, product names, images, manuals, and technical materials remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this website or its products to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Commit fraud or submit unauthorized payment
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with website security
• Collect information about other users without authorization
• Circumvent purchasing, export, safety, or regulatory restrictions
• Resell products using false claims regarding condition, authorization, warranty, or certification
• Engage in conduct that could harm Provisor Hub, its customers, suppliers, or service providers

We may suspend access or cancel orders associated with prohibited activity.

  1. EXPORT AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchasing, possessing, exporting, importing, transferring, and using a product is lawful in the relevant jurisdiction.

Products may be subject to export controls, sanctions, licensing requirements, customs rules, or restrictions on end users and end uses.

We may refuse or cancel transactions that present legal, regulatory, sanctions, export, fraud, or compliance concerns.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Provisor Hub harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, misuse of a product, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or a purchase from Provisor Hub must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or removed without affecting the remaining provisions.

  1. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this website. Changes apply from the effective date shown in the revised Terms and do not retroactively alter an already accepted order unless required by law.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any written product-specific terms, constitute the agreement between you and Provisor Hub regarding use of the website and purchases from us.
